Try Alive Bars Mod better - it's more fun!
(Actual version 28.18 - the changes were in the countryside.) Or Alive Mod - the best mod of all time in terms of quality and number of built-in functions.
City Bars Mod was good only as a basis for designing other mods. Paradox: on its basis didn't create mods until now...
